Jaime Siegel has extensive background and experience in the business of intellectual property, and provides guidance and advice regarding complex intellectual property matters to intellectual property owners and investors, including program planning, monetization strategies, defensive strategies, valuations, portfolio sourcing, deal matchmaking and intellectual property transactional matters. Prior to starting Cerebral Assets, LLC, Jaime was the Executive Vice President of Licensing at Acacia Research Group, LLC, (NASDAQ: ACTG) a public non-practicing entity, where he led the staff responsible for generating the revenue stream for the company. Prior to joining Acacia, Jaime spent 15+ years at Sony Corporation of America, concluding as Vice President and Senior IP Counsel. While at Sony, Jaime was a key player in the development of Sony’s global intellectual property strategy, including acquisitions, licensing and litigation. Jaime began his career as a patent litigation attorney at the renowned New York law firms of Fish & Neave and Kenyon & Kenyon. Jaime is a National Trustee of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio
